If you are selling, or a Real Estate Agent or Title/Settlement Agent who is working on the sale of a home in Marley Run, you have come to the right place. First, make sure the target property is part of this HOA by clicking on the Marley Run HOA Property List below. If the address is there, the property IS part of Marley Run I HOA.
If you are a Real Estate Agent for a buyer of a home in Marley Run, please email your buyer’s name(s), email address or phone number to board@marleyrunmd.com. The BOD will provide the new homeowners with information on how to create a ManageCasa account. A ManageCasa account is needed to pay annual HOA dues and submit architectural review requests.
Our dues are annual, currently $231/year and are collected in January.

Because the Board is comprised of volunteers we do not complete transfer paperwork. We can provide settlement companies with information about the HOA annual dues and if a homeowner is current on these dues. Please email the BOD at board@marleyrunmd.com for information about dues status or amount of annual dues.
We ask that the new owner be made aware of this site so that the HOA Board may be in touch. We also ask that the email address(es) of the new owners be sent to us so that we can create a portal for them in our ManageCasa payment and management system.
